Any person with an undergraduate degree or higher, from the Arts, Sciences, Engineering and Technology and the Humanities from a recognized university is encouraged to apply for admission to the Master of Community and Regional Planning degree program.
The Deadline for receipt of application materials submitted to the Office of Graduate Studies and the Community and Regional Planning Program are:
2008 Fall Semester Admission: July 1st, 2008

Spring Semester: October 1st of the previous calendar year.
Application for admission to the Master of Community and Regional Planning degree program includes simultaneous submission of materials to Graduate Studies and submission of materials to the Community and Regional Planning Office.
Application Processing
The Office of Graduate Studies forwards copies of the application form, official copies of the applicant's transcripts of previous academic work, and GRE and TOEFL scores ,to the Community and Regional Planning Program upon receipt of all the aforementioned documents. The Community and Regional Planning Program assembles the material obtained from the Office of Graduate Studies together with the applicant's letters of recommendation and the application essay recieved directly from the applicant and presents the dossier for review by the Faculty Admissions Committee. The recommendation of the Faculty Admissions Committee is forwarded to the Office of Graduate Studies, where final action is taken on the application for admission. The Office of Graduate Studies notifies applicants indicating the admission decision, and issues a "Certificate of Admission" to applicants who have been recommended for admission.
